稲毛海浜公園プールの運営を支える、

現場運営スタッフ(新人ポジション)の募集です

まずは、プール運営の基本業務を身につけながら、

将来的にはリーダーや責任者候補を支える立場として活躍していただきます。

仕事内容

現場責任者・責任者候補の指示のもと、

プール運営の基本業務を担当します。

・プール施設内の巡回・運営サポート

・利用者対応(案内・注意喚起など)

・ルール・安全管理の補助

・イベント運営のサポート

※業務はOJTで丁寧に教えます。

・未経験からスタートできる運営ポジション

・現場運営・安全管理の基礎が身につく

・チームで動く仕事なので、相談しやすい環境

・ゆくゆくはリーダー・サブリーダーへのステップアップも可能

オフシーズンは他部署に所属していただき、稲毛海浜公園の知識を深めていただきます

未経験大歓迎メリハリがあり、達成感とやりがいのあるお仕事です

・JR稲毛西口から、海浜交通バス「海浜公園プール行」で花の美術館下車、又は「高浜車庫行」で終点下車徒歩5分

・JR稲毛海岸駅南口から、海浜交通バス「海浜公園入口行」で終点下車徒歩5分

・京成稲毛駅から徒歩10分の京成稲毛駅入口バス停から、海浜交通バス「海浜公園プール行」

で花の美術館下車、または「高浜車庫行」で終点下車徒歩5分

勤務時間


変形労働制

平均労働時間:1週間あたり35時間

1ヶ月単位での変形労働時間制です。

月の所定労働時間に合わせて部署内でシフトを組んでいただきます。

給与


月給 219,000円 ~ (※想定年収 3,005,316円 ~ )

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 31,443円 以上

みなし残業時間 20時間

※経験・能力を考慮して給与を決定いたします。

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月
