製造・物流業界を中心とした中小企業と求職者・登録スタッフをつなぐ人材コーディネーターとしてご活躍いただきます。

  • 業務内容

<法人対応(企業担当)>

・製造・物流業界を中心とした中小企業への訪問・定期連絡

・求人ニーズや人材課題のヒアリング

・派遣スタッフの提案およびマッチング

・就職中スタッフの状況確認や契約更新フォロー

・新規開拓営業(飛び込み一切なし)及び商談

<個人対応(スタッフ対応)>

・新規登録スタッフの募集、面談、採用

・希望条件に沿った求人の紹介

・現場見学・就業先への同行

・入社に向けた登録手続き・準備

・就業後の電話連絡や定期巡回によるアフターフォロー

一気通貫で業務をお任せしますが、事務員や営業アシスタントも導入し、分業化を進めているため、営業活動や顧客に寄り添うことにも専念できます。

<入社後の流れ>

(1)名刺交換やロールプレイングなどのビジネスマナー研修

(2)先輩社員との同行で実務を学習

(3)商談経験を積みながらフィードバックを受けて成長

(4)支店長判断のもと、営業デビュー

  • 約3週間のOJTで、まずは5~10社ほどお客様を引き継ぎ、徐々に担当する企業やスタッフを増やしていきます。

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

・人材業界(派遣・紹介・BPOなど)での営業経験をお持ちの方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00

(所定労働時間8時間/休憩1時間)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 40万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 月給40万円~(固定残業代含む)+諸手当+インセンティブ

【月給内訳】

・基本給:28万4600円〜

・固定残業代:時間外労働の有無に関わらず月40時間分/11万5400円~支給。超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給。

※年齢・経験・能力を考慮の上、決定します。
