特別養護老人ホームにて、

入居者様の日常生活を支える介護業務全般をお任せします

看護師・生活相談員など多職種と連携しながら、

入居者様一人ひとりに寄り添ったケアを行うお仕事です

【身体介助】

・食事介助

  • 誤嚥防止のための姿勢確認や、入居者様のペースに合わせたサポート

・排泄介助

  • トイレ誘導・オムツ交換など

・入浴介助

  • 洗髪・洗体のサポート

・移乗介助

  • ベッドから車椅子への移動などの基本的な介助業務

※無理な力作業は行わず、正しい介助方法や福祉用具を活用しながら対応します

【生活支援】

・居室清掃、リネン交換などの環境整備

・着替え、整容(身だしなみ)のサポート

・見守り、声かけなどの日常生活支援

【レクリエーション・コミュニケーション】

・体操、季節行事、レクリエーションの企画・実施

・日常会話を通じたコミュニケーション支援

・入居者様一人ひとりの「その人らしさ」を大切にした関わり

・介護記録の入力

・看護師・生活相談員などとの情報共有

【1日のスケジュール例(日勤)】

08:30 出勤・夜勤スタッフからの引き継ぎ

09:00 水分補給のサポート・入居者様とのコミュニケーション

11:30 食事介助

12:30 休憩(1時間)

14:00 入浴介助・生活支援

16:00 記録入力・情報共有

17:30 業務終了(残業ほぼなし)

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

早番:7:00~16:00

日勤:8:30~17:30

遅番:10:30~19:30

夜勤:17:00~翌9:00

  • 仮眠あり(2~3時間程度/ペア体制で交代)
  • 残業少なめ

  • 夜勤専従も相談OKです

  • 夜勤について

夜勤は月平均4~5回程度。

必ず2名以上のペア体制で勤務し、

ナースコール対応も分担するため、

仮眠時間を確保しながら無理なく働ける体制です

休日休暇


週休二日制(シフト制)

※年間休日110日以上

状況により休日出勤が発生した場合も、

振替休日を100%取得または休日出勤手当を支給しています

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 28万円

  • 月収25〜30万円可能

月給21万円+夜勤手当+処遇改善加算手当
