仕事内容:

入社後は、教習指導員を目指す候補者として勤務していただきます。

まずは、日本語、ネパール語・英語を使い、受付事務業務からお仕事をスタートします。

現在は、生徒様の約半数がネパール人で、そのほか中国・ベトナム・ミャンマーなどさまざまな国籍の方が通われています。

・受付窓口での入校手続き、教習予約対応

・パソコンを使用したデータ入力、書類作成などの事務業務

・教習指導員資格取得後、交通ルールや安全運転に関する学科教習の担当

・あわせて、教習コースや路上での運転練習に関する実技指導

※受付事務としての勤務期間は、1カ月~1年程度(個人差あり)

※教習指導員資格の取得までは、約1年かかる方もいます

※資格取得前は運転指導業務は行いません

※資格取得・研修期間中は会社がサポートします

9:05~18:05(休憩1時間)

・月収:230,016円~312,000円

・想定年収:400万円~530万円

・賞与:あり(年2回・今期実績5か月分 夏季・冬季で概ね半々)
