Requirement is for a Capital Markets Business Analyst with experience of multiple capital markets instruments like equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives etc.
Candidates should gather and analyze requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and process improvements within the capital markets domain for a large F2B TLC(Trade Life Cycle) program with a global investment bank.
In addition to US Markets, candidates with some exposure to Japan, HK, Singapore markets will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Analysis:
Identifying, gathering, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders within the investment banking space .
Testing Support:
F2B Testing for TLC in Investment Banks, Test Scope Definition, Test Case Review & Approval, Data Setup for Testing. Previous experience in large testing programs would be a plus.
Product Understanding:
Have a deep understanding of capital market products (e.g., cash equities, derivatives, FX,FI ,OTC ) and their related processes across the Trade Life cycle.
Data Requirements :
Utilizing data analysis techniques to derive insights from capital market data and support data requirements for the testing program.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Working closely with business users, product managers, and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Improvement:
Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows within the capital markets domain.
Documentation:
Creating and maintaining documentation, flows related to requirements, processes, and system functionality along with F2B testing.
Skills and Experience:
Capital Markets Expertise: 10+ years of strong understanding of the capital markets with Front, Middle office and Back office related domain and its flows and integrations.
Business Analysis Skills:
Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Testing Experience:
F2B Testing for TLC in Investment Banks
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in the capital markets industry, especially for testing programs.
Stakeholder Management:
Ability to manage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
