STEP INTO THE ROLE
- Oversee Lead and inspire the Revenue Management team to drive performance, mentor talent, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic revenue initiatives to maximize profitability, optimize pricing, and grow market share.
- Collaborate with the Executive Committee and cross-functional teams to guide forecasting, business planning, and integrated decision-making.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, enhance distribution, and optimize inventory across all revenue streams.
- Position Swissôtel Nankai Osaka as a market leader through innovative strategies and world-class revenue management practices.
SKILLS THAT HELP YOU SHINE
- Proven Revenue Management Expertise: 3–5 years in senior hospitality roles with strong analytical and strategic capabilities with record of fostering talent growth.
- Collaborative Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data, market trends, and guest insights to drive actionable revenue strategies, optimize profitability and adapt in a forward-thinking, cross-cultural environment (English fluency required; Japanese preferred
- Market & Cross-Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of Japanese and international markets, with experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance in a matrix organization.
- Tech-Savvy & Agile Leadership: Advanced understanding of revenue management principles, tools (IDeaS preferred), distribution channels, OTAs with commercial acumen, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-profile hotel environment.
