【仕事内容】

・食事、入浴、排泄などの身体介護

・起床・就寝介助、口腔ケア

・レクリエーションや季節イベントの支援

・見守り、移動・移乗のサポート

・バイタル測定や記録業務、カンファレンス参加

【1日のスケジュール】

07:00 出勤・申し送り

08:00 朝食介助

10:00 入浴介助

12:00 昼食介助

13:30 レク活動

15:00 おやつ提供

17:00 夕食準備・介助

18:30 記録・退勤

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

*資格が無くても施設での勤務経験が半年以上あればOK

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※ 時短や曜日固定などの希望もご相談ください。

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯、夜勤帯・・・などご希望をお聞かせください。
