注文住宅部門にて事務業務を

お任せします。

  • 注文住宅事業…お客様の要望にあわせ、

新築での戸建住宅づくりを行っております。

  • 職務詳細

工事担当のサポートとしての事務作業全般

・工事スタッフの事務処理、サポート等

・各種資料作成、データ入力

・社内外の電話やメール対応

・契約書のチェックや契約関連の入金処理

・会議資料作成(Excel・PowerPoint使用)

・請求書・伝票処理

・交通費精算、出張手配、社用車管理

・事務用品の発注 など

【必須条件】

・高卒、高専・専門卒、短大卒、大卒以上

・PCスキル(Excel)の基本操作ができる方

・社会人経験1年以上

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間40分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

9:00~17:40(休憩1時間)

※配属部署により異なる

※残業平均月15時間。繁忙期は一時的に増える可能性もありますが

プライベートも充実させられます。

契約更新期間:1年

契約更新あり(職務遂⾏能⼒や勤務成績等により判断、更新上限5年)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

年収270万(⽉給20万円+モデル賞与15万円×年2回)

※時間外勤務手当は別途全額支給いたします(平均残業時間15時間程度)。

※定期昇給はありませんが、査定により昇給の可能性がございます。

給与例


349万円/30歳/新宿勤務(月給22.1万円+賞与+時間外手当)

319万円/28歳/同上(月給20万円+賞与+同上)
