仕事内容:

脱炭素経営を目指す企業に対して自家消費型太陽光の導入を提案していくお仕事です。弊社では単なる太陽光のみの提案ではなく、新電力や産業用大型蓄電池、デマンドコントロールなどを総合的に組み合わせた新しい提案を行っています。新事業を一緒に立ち上げるメンバーを募集しています

【具体的な業務内容】

やって頂くお仕事は、法人顧客に対する提案営業です。

脱炭素経営を進めている企業に対して、自家消費型太陽光およびオンサイトPPAについての解決手段を提案するお仕事です。

脱炭素経営や再エネ事業について、プロとして仕事をしていきたい方を求めています。

担当していただく業務は契約獲得営業からスタートとなりますが、営業は全てインバウンド営業です。テレアポ、飛び込みは一切ありません。弊社の強みは、全て誰でもできるやり方を仕組化しているところにあります。見込みづくりに時間をかけるのではなく、お客様の問題に高いレベルで解決していくことに時間をかける営業体制を目指しています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥400,000 〜 ¥550,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥103,800〜¥121,900(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・月給例:400,000円(内訳:基本給246,200円+固定残業代103,800円+※即戦力手当50,000円)

※即戦力手当は1年間限定となっております

※スタート時の給与は経験やスキルを考慮

・インセンティブあり

・賞与:原則なし(業績・成果に応じ、特別な場合には半期賞与を支給することがあります)
