電話対応といっても一次取次がメインなのでどなたでもすぐ始められます。

❑保険に関する問い合わせの一次対応

(一次対応なので取次がメインマニュアル完備)

❑問い合わせ内容のPC入力業務(MacBook使用)

❑保険手続きの書類発送業務
