仕事内容:
【IT未経験から営業のプロへ】 クライアント企業の課題をITエンジニアの技術力で解決する提案型営業です。最初は既存顧客のフォローからスタートし、エンジニアのキャリア相談やマッチング、契約調整を担います。先輩の同行サポートがあるため、一からスキルを身につけられます。
<必要スキル>
・基本的なPC操作スキル
・コミュニケーション能力
・IT業界への強い興味と成長意欲
求める人材:
人材採用関連、人材派遣・紹介関連、コーディネーター、法人営業、営業事務などの経験がある方が望ましいですが、未経験の方も歓迎
勤務時間・曜日:
平日9:00~18:00 (休憩時間 1時間)
- ※土日祝はお休み
- 稼働が安定した現場です
