・企画~構築(要件定義・設計・開発・テスト・移行)~運用保守まで行うプロジェクトへの参画経験(新規構築ならびに拡張・追加など何らかのプロジェクト)
※めやす:上記を3年以上、かつ、複数のプロジェクトへの参画経験
・ストレージシステム、データベースに関する最新の知識、製品、アプリケーションへの理解・関心
・企画~構築(要件定義・設計・開発・テスト・移行)~運用保守まで行うプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
・ストレージ・データベースの構想立案やクラウドを利用したシステム構築経験
・AIや機械学習の活用経験
・事業戦略、事業企画などの業務経験
・化学や素材に関する知見
・AI・データ駆動型の研究開発の経験あるいはその研究を支援するシステム構築PJへの参画経験
・最新のデジタル技術の活用アイデアや、それによるイノベーションを思い描いたり、実際に新しい分野への技術導入に向けてチャレンジしていこうとする方
・社内外の関連部門との協業体制・プロジェクトを推進するための、コミュニケーション力、協調性、積極性、ならびチームリーダーシップを発揮できる方
・研究・開発、モノづくりの現場との協業に興味がある方
・「スマートラボ」のような新しい研究の在り方に興味があり、一緒に実現方法を考えていける方 待遇
総合職 226,350円以上
(30歳標準 月給:332,000円 年収:5,820,000円)
(40歳標準 月給:543,000円 年収:9,510,000円)
