配属組織について(概要・ミッション)
調達統括本部 グローバルインダイレクトパーチェシング本部 では、MRO部・Capex部・プロフェッショナルサービス(業務・作業委託) / SW(ソフトウェア) / IT部(情報機器)・ロジスティクス部(輸送・梱包)の各部において生産活動に必要なモノとサービスに関する調達活動を行っています。
配属となるロジスティクス部では、製品や部品を輸送する運搬費用や業務委託費用、梱包費用に関するサプライヤーソーシング活動、価格交渉、社内外の調整・交渉業務を行います。
拠点や地域を跨った活動が必要になり、グローバルにロジスティクス関連費用の原価低減活動を推進することで会社業績に貢献しています。
ロジスティクス部を含む間接材調達部門は、チャレンジしやすい風土があり、若いうちから重要な業務を任せてもらえるため、やりがいを感じやすいです。
拠点や地域を跨って社内の関連部門と接する機会や、多種多様な国内外のサプライヤーとの折衝機会も多いため、広い視点で物事を捉える事ができ、自己を高められる職場だと言えます。
ミッション/期待する役割・責任
地域を跨った拠点の社内関係者と協議しながら、国内外のサプライヤーとの折衝を主とするカテゴリバイヤー業務を担当頂きます。
職務概要(具体的な業務内容)
1)新規サプライヤーの発掘、契約締結
2)要求仕様に基づくサプライヤーの選定、選定に伴うサプライヤーとの価格・諸条件の折衝
3)継続的な取引状況下におけるサプライヤー管理・評価
4)社内からサプライヤーへの要求事項、またはサプライヤーから社内への要求事項の折衝・調整

必須条件
・ 対外コミュニケーション能力, 対人スキル 保有
・ TOEIC 600点程度の英語力 (読み、書き、会話:英語である程度ビジネスコミュニケーションできるレベル)
歓迎条件
・ 調達、生産管理、営業部門の職務経験者
・ 間接材関連調達業務経験者(特にロジスティクス)
・ 海外サプライヤ対応英語力(TOEIC 700点以上目安)
