【主な業務内容】

営業活動:一般家庭向け蓄電池・太陽光発電システムの提案営業(飛び込み営業なし)

商談方法:車による訪問営業とWeb商談の組み合わせで効率的な営業活動

C. 09:00~19:00(※1時間残業した場合、別途残業代支給)

営業会社ですが、夜遅くまで残ることはありません。

残業含めても19:00には退社ができる環境です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥412,500以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【給与詳細】

◎等級制ですが、キャリア採用のため12等級(月給412500円)でスタートします。

◎基本給19万円+諸手当132500円+固定残業90000円(ただし残業は月間22hまで)=固定給412500円、さらに成果に応じたインセンティブ

◎固定残業は最長で月間22時間

(※上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給)

◎時間外手当は100%支給します。

◎等級制により上限の20等級で月給600500円さらに高額インセンティブ

試用期間あり:6カ月間(同条件)

年収例 等級制度あり

【6級~10級】年収450万円~620万円

【11級~15級】年収670万円~870万円

【16級~20級】年収900万円~1200万円

自アポ自クロの場合の年収例(会社のアポを回る場合は手当が異なります)

月2契約で年収 815 万円

月 3 契約で年収 1100 万円

月4契約で年収 1360 万円
