Responsibilities:
ショップ売上予算達成の為の販売戦略立案と実行および進捗・業績管理
チームマネジメント(管理・育成・評価)
- ブランドアンバサダーとして、DNAを体現したサービスを実施し、侵透させる
- スタッフの販売スキル向上
- 高いレベルでのサービスの提供
ショップの効率的・効果的な運営
- 店頭・後方業務の管理・改善
ステークホルダーとの協働のための、良好なリレーション構築
- 百貨店・各種取引先との連携、交渉、対応窓口
- 社内各部署との適切な連携(情報提供、提案/進言)
Requirements:
経験: 5年以上のアパレル業界経験
- 百貨店での経験が望ましい(百貨店内のインショップ)
その他: ファッションへの情熱があること
- クロエのブランドイメージを体現できること
- 売上予算達成の為の手段を自ら考え実行できること
