仕事概要


背景:マーケティング機能の立ち上げのため 業務内容: ・大企業や自治体向けマーケティング戦略の立案実行 ・プレスリリースの発信 ・ホームページのアップデート、コンテンツ拡充 ・プロモーション施策の立案・実施・効果測定 ・デジタルマーケティング(Web、SNS、広告等)の運用 魅力ポイント ・経営・事業チームとの距離が近く、施策の効果が直接ビジネスに影響する実感が持てる。 ・コーポレートブランディングから、BtoBセールス支援、オウンドメディア運営、PRまで幅広く関与でき、実績の幅が広がる。 ・社内の複数事業・自治体や企業との連携など幅広いステークホルダーと関われることで、マーケターとしての応用力が高まる。 ・表層的な広告や販売促進ではなく、社会課題に挑むプロジェクトの存在や価値を社会に届ける役割(イノベーション、地方創生、研究シーズの社会実装など、未来をつくるテーマに光を当てる広報・PRである)

必須スキル


・2年程度の広報、マーケティング業務のご経験(BtoB) ・社内複数メンバーを巻き込んだプロジェクトの進行経験、ディレクション経験

応募概要


給与

基本給:530万円〜800万円+会社賞与+SO+半期表彰制度あり

本社:〒 東京都千代田区神田神保町1丁目241 CIRCLES神保町Ⅱ 10階 働き方:ハイブリッドワーク(出社は週1程度、フルリモートも応相談)

正社員(時短勤務も可)

勤務時間 9:00~18:00 休日・休暇 完全週休2 日制(土・日)、祝日、年次有給休暇、その他の休暇 (夏季休暇、年末年始休暇)
