<仕事内容>

買取専門店「エコリング」にて、

お客様が持ち込まれた商品の鑑定・査定・買取をお任せします。

<仕事の流れ>

①商品の鑑定・査定

②価値や価格のご説明

③買取成立

④仕分け・梱包作業

取り扱い商品

バッグ/アクセサリー/腕時計/貴金属/香水/お酒類 など

【入社後の流れ】

STEP1|基礎研修(入社~2・3ヶ月)

ブランド品や取扱商品の知識を、座学と実物を使って習得します。

店舗バックヤード中心の研修なので、接客未経験でも安心です。

社内認定の*「鑑定士資格」*にチャレンジ

STEP2|接客スタート

資格取得後は、店長や先輩と一緒にお客様対応を開始。

実務を通して査定・接客スキルを身につけます。

STEP3|鑑定士デビュー

独り立ち後も、先輩や本社によるサポート体制あり。

不安なく業務に取り組めます。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間

9:30~18:30(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※一部、商業施設内の店舗では

遅番:11:00~20:00 の勤務が発生する場合があります。

※残業は少なめで、月平均8時間程度(2022年実績)。

プライベートとの両立がしやすい勤務環境です。

休暇・休日:

★祝日休み

★週休2日制(水曜定休/もう1日どこで休むか各店舗でご相談となります)

※土日どちらかでお休みを取ることも可能です

★有給休暇(消化率92.6%/一人当たり平均13.81日消化)

★毎年3日ずつ年間休日日数を増やしていく計画です

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥320,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(17時間相当分)を含む。17時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給32万円+各種手当 (試用期間中は月給28万円+各種手当)

※別途時間外手当支給

※地域給20,000円含む

※交通費支給(上限30,000円)

賞与:年2回 ※業績連動

※勤続6か月未満は支給対象外です(一部条件あり)
