仕事内容


OAスキルはWord・Excelの基本的な入力操作ができればOK

【運送会社にてトラック配車手配に関わる事務】

・配車業務(チャーター手配、トラック手配など)

まずは同業務担当の方の補助業務からスタートしていただきます。

ゆっくり慣れていただければOKなので、1年程は全体的な補助業務からお願いします。

慣れてからお願いする業務

・ドライバーの1日の配送ルート組立

どういうルートで回るのか前日に組み立て、翌朝指示をする業務もお願いします。

・トラック運送費の交渉と見積り作成

・データ入力(専用端末使用)

・電話対応ドライバーとのやりとり(何時ごろ着く?、荷受人がいないけど?など配送時の問い合わせは多い)

・トラックが足りない時に協力会社へお願いする為の見積書作成あり(Excel使用)

資格

  • OAスキル:Word/Excelなどの基本的な入力操作ができればOK
  • オフィスワーク経験があればOK

勤務時間


9:00~18:00(実務8時間/休憩1時間)

残業:月20~30時間程度あり(繁忙期:月末月初、決算期、年末年始)

  • 残業代も全額支給なのでガッツリ稼げる

休日


完全週休2日制:土日祝休み

※年末年始、夏季休暇、ゴールデンウイークあり
