【仕事内容】
建築施工管理職として、これまでのご経験を活かし、建築現場における施工管理業務をご担当いただきます。無理のない業務量と、丁寧なサポート体制で、60代以降も長くご活躍いただけます。
主な業務内容
- 建築現場の施工管理(品質・工程・安全・原価)
- 現場巡回や状況確認
- 協力会社や若手スタッフとの打ち合わせ
- 資材発注や図面のチェック(jwcad・SketchUp 使用)
- 若手への技術指導や補助的なマネジメント

- 工場、倉庫、事務所、医療・福祉施設、店舗など(S造中心)

必須条件
- 建築現場での施工管理経験(現場監督など)
- 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

- 建築士または建築施工管理技士(1級・2級)

勤務時間・曜日:
8:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩2時間)
※みなし残業44時間分含む(超過分別途支給)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥278,998 〜 ¥398,569は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,355〜¥97,650(44時間相当分)を含む。44時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
月給:278,998円~398,569円 (基本給210,643円~300,919円+固定残業代68,355円~97,650円/44時間分を含む)
年収想定:415万円~559万円(賞与約80万円含む)
※超過分の残業代は別途支給します
