自社ECブランドの拡大に伴い、化粧品・美容関連商品の開発スピードと品質を高めるため、商品企画〜発売までを推進できるメンバーを募集します。市場分析とユーザー理解を起点に、ヒット商品を生み出す体制を強化しています。

株式会社KURUKURUは、日本品質にこだわった寝具の総合ブランド「GOKUMIN(ゴクミン)」を運営する企業です。ほかにも、複数の自社ブランドを企画・運営しています。

【仕事内容】

Amazon・楽天市場を中心とした自社ECブランドにおける、化粧品・美容関連商品の企画立案〜OEMメーカー折衝〜発売までのプロジェクトマネジメントをお任せします。市場分析を行い、ユーザーの悩みを解決するヒット商品を世に送り出すポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

  1. 市場調査・商品コンセプトの立案

    ・Amazon/楽天内のトレンド調査

    ・競合商品のレビュー分析、検索キーワード調査

    ・ターゲット設定、独自性(USP)の策定

    ・原価計算を通じた収益シミュレーション

  2. OEMメーカーの選定・ディレクション

    ・提携OEM先への処方開発依頼

    ・試作(サンプル)の評価とフィードバック

    ・容器・パッケージ資材の選定・コスト交渉

  3. プロジェクトの進捗管理

    ・発売日に合わせた製造スケジュール管理

  4. クリエイティブ・ディレクション(外部制作管理)

    ・構成案(ワイヤーフレーム)の作成(LP/商品画像)

    ・外部デザイン事務所へのディレクション/進行管理

    ・デザインの校正・フィードバック(品質チェック/修正指示)

    ・薬機法・ガイドラインを踏まえたコピー作成/最終チェック

  5. 発売後のデータ分析・リニューアル企画

    ・ユーザーレビューや販売データに基づく改良・アップデート企画

・ECマーケットのトレンドに敏感で、常に新しい情報をキャッチアップする好奇心がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務可能な曜日:月曜~金曜

・実働時間:7.5時間

・就業時間:10:00〜18:30(フレックスタイムあり)(休憩1時間あり)
