仕事内容


夜勤専任 × 月給32万5000円

体力仕事なし/運転業務なし

配車・点呼がメインのデスクワーク

国家資格は入社後取得OK(全額会社負担)

夜間帯だからこそ、

落ち着いた環境で"判断力"と"段取り力"が活きます。

ドライバーが安全に、無理なく運行できるよう支える仕事です。

主に以下の3業務を担当します。

【配車業務】

物流センターから届く

「荷物内容・配送先・時間・物量」をもとに、

最適なトラックとドライバーを手配。

荷物量に応じた車両選定

運転時間・ルートを考慮し効率よく配車

専用システムへ入力

急な変更が入ることもありますが、

経験を積むほどスムーズに対応できるようになります。

【点呼業務】

法律で定められた重要業務です。

アルコールチェック

睡眠時間・体調確認

免許証確認

車両キー・ETCカードの受け渡し

「行ってらっしゃい。お気をつけて」

その一言が、安全運行につながります。

【車両管理】

営業所に登録されている約25台のトラックを管理。

車検(年1回)

定期点検(3ヶ月に1回)

装備確認・スケジュール管理

夜間帯は落ち着いて管理業務ができます。

入社後の流れ

初日:入社手続き・会社説明・ビデオ研修

2日目以降:先輩と一緒にOJTで実務習得

いきなり一人で任せることはありません。

資格について(未経験OK)

運行管理者資格をお持ちでない方は、

3日程度の「運行管理者 基礎講習」を受講

点呼業務からスタート

働きながら国家資格取得を目指せます

  • 講習・受験費用は全額会社負担
  • 最短1年半以内に資格取得可能

19:00~翌4:00

実働8時間シフト制

敷地内に駐車場がありますので、自転車・バイク・車通勤可能です。大和川を渡ってスグなので、堺市から車やバイクで通勤されている方もいらっしゃいます。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 19万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり10万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり61時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万5000円

給与には下記一律手当が含まれています

地域手当月1万5000円

健康手当月1万円

安全手当月1万円

【該当者に支給】

・子ども手当/20歳以下の子ども1名あたり月1万円
