Solutions Consultant
, you'll play a crucial role in collaborating with our Enterprise Sales team to drive new business, foster growth, and secure renewals through strategic guidance and solution-oriented approaches. As a Product and subject matter expert, you'll collaborate closely with our sales team to bring our value propositions to life, ultimately driving sales targets and expanding our customer base.

What You'll Do:
- Research and develop tailored product demonstrations and proof of concepts for specific use cases and industries.
- Assist Enterprise Account Executives and Client Success Executives in developing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for client meetings.
- Articulate Meltwater's value propositions centred on the business problems we solve, effectively conveying our unique offerings to decision-makers.
- Support the ongoing education of sales through workshops, training, and the sharing of best practices, ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Provide valuable customer and new feature feedback to product teams to drive innovation and enhance our offerings.
- Stay knowledgeable and attuned to the ever-changing social, media, and digital marketing space, keeping our team informed of industry trends and developments.
- Support transactional services deals and contribute to Request for Proposal processes where product and use case expertise are required.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships, collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovation and provide valuable customer feedback.
- Champion our values of More, Enere, and Respect, and contribute towards a culture of invention and client-centered excellence.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree, accompanied by a track record of academic excellence and active involvement in extracurricular activities, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth.
- 4 years of experience in solutions consulting, product specialization, pre-sales, sales, client success, marketing, or similar positions, ideally within the MarTech, SaaS, digital, marketing, social, or PR space.
- Additionally, a minimum of 2 years' experience working with enterprise-sized clients is required.
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly gain proficiency in the Meltwater platform and associated products, showcasing your adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to address business problems effectively, leveraging insights from data to drive strategic solutions.
- Experience with larger-scale implementations in the Enterprise space, providing valuable expertise in managing complex projects and client engagements.
- A high level of business acumen and influencing skills at all levels of the organization, enabling you to effectively navigate and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve successful results, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and architecture concepts, including APIs, is advantageous, demonstrating your technical aptitude and readiness to adapt to emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Openness to embrace our hybrid work schedule, requiring presence in the office one day per month.
- The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
