※BASE株式会社からPAY株式会社への出向となります。

「PAY.JP」は、シンプルなAPIで決済システムの開発工数を削減し、導入コストを最小限にすることで、多くの事業者をエンパワーメントし続けています。決済サービスとして求められる高い安定性・安全性に加え、ユーザー体験をより良くする継続的な信頼性の向上は、インフラ基盤においても求められています。

PAYの「インフラエンジニア /SRE」は、「信頼性=ユーザーの期待値を超え続けること」というテーマを掲げ、クラウドインフラやモニタリング、可用性向上のためのエンジニアリングなど、サービス運用全体を技術によって支えるポジションです。PAYのエンジニアは現在10名ほどの少数精鋭のチームで、プロダクト開発とインフラ運用の距離が近く、裁量をもって自走できる方にとって非常に自由度の高い環境です。決済というミッションクリティカルなシステムを支える責任とやりがいを感じながら、共にインフラの未来像を描いていただける方を求めています。

【具体的には】

・AWSを用いたインフラ基盤の方針策定、設計、構築、運用、保守

・パフォーマンス改善やトラブルシューティング対応

・ソフトウェアエンジニアリングによるトイル削減と運用自動化

・モニタリングおよびアラートシステムの構築・運用

・サービス障害時のインシデント対応、原因分析と再発防止策の推進

・セキュリティリスクや外部からの攻撃への対応、および可用性向上のための施策検討

【求める人材】

・Webサービスにおいて、SREまたはインフラエンジニアとして一定の実務のご経験

・AWSを用いたクラウドインフラの設計・構築・運用に関するご経験

・LinuxサーバおよびLinuxコンテナの設計・構築・運用に関するご経験

・24時間365日稼働するWebサービスの可用性や信頼性を意識したサービス運用のご経験

・アプリケーションの構造や特性を理解し、サービス全体を俯瞰したインフラ設計・改善のご経験

【歓迎】

・AWS、GCP、Azure等のクラウドインフラ上での高負荷なサービスのインフラ設計やパフォーマンスチューニングのご経験

・Terraformなどを用いたInfrastructure as Codeの実践および運用のご経験

・Nginx、Apache、Memcached、Redisなどのミドルウェアの構築・運用のご経験

・PostgreSQLなどのRDBMSの構築・運用のご経験

【給与】

年収800~1100万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
