About The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
You will play a key role in shaping infrastructure best practices, improving system resilience, and supporting engineering teams with robust platforms primarily on AWS.
Experience with security best practices and cloud security controls is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate highly available and scalable infrastructure on AWS
Lead and implement infrastructure best practices, including reliability, performance, cost optimization, and automation
Own and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
Collaborate with application, platform, and product teams to support deployment pipelines and runtime environments
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues
Drive improvements in observability, logging, alerting, and incident response
Contribute to architecture reviews and provide technical leadership and mentorship
Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident investigations and postmortems
Must Have Requirements
5+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS/ECS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
Solid understanding of Linux and Windows systems, networking, and distributed systems
Experience building and operating production-grade systems at scale
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Japanese(N2+) and English(professional + ) are a must.
Plus / Preferred Experience
Apply cloud security best practices (IAM, network segmentation, encryption, secrets management)
Experience with security reviews, audits, or compliance requirements
Familiarity with tools for vulnerability scanning, security monitoring, or policy enforcement
Collaborate with security teams to improve overall infrastructure security posture
