動画ディレクター【東京】中小企業を中心とした動画マーケティングDX支援企業
【仕事内容】
【業務内容】
営業が契約をしてきた案件に対して、動画制作のディレクションを行っていただきます。
打ち合わせから納品業務まで一気通貫して対応していただき、クライアントの様々な課題や悩みを解決していく仕事になります。
様々な業界の動画制作に携われるため、幅広い知見や経験が身に付きます。

主に直販での取引であることから、顧客と直接やり取りを行い課題に応じた動画制作を行うため、自分の考えを反映してディレクションを行うことができることから裁量をもって働くことができます。

【キャリアパス(マネジメントの経験を積めるチャンスがある)】
事業拡大中のため、マネージャー輩出に積極的なフェーズであることから、希望される方には早ければ1~2年などでマネージャーとしてのキャリアアップの可能性も十分にあります。
また、クリエイターのエキスパートとしてキャリアを歩むことも可能です。
【育成環境】
配属後の研修としては、カリキュラムが組まれており、研修動画やOJTにて6か月ほど動画制作を学んでいただきます。

同社は、13期連続で増収を継続中です。
今後さらなる事業拡大を実現するために、現在16名程度の動画制作チームの増員増強を図っています。
こうした背景の中、現在では、共にチームメンバーと組織を構築していくフェーズでのジョインが可能となっています。そのため、自らの考えや意見が反映される余地やチャンスが多くあり、事業や組織の拡大を肌で感じながら仕事をしていただけます。

年収:367~476 万円 月給制 基本給:215000円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:30時間 固定残業代:55000円 超過分は全額支給 変動手当:住宅手当 該当条件により東京2万円~/月、地方1.5万円~/月通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり50000円) 賞与:あり 年2回 昇給:あり 年1回(タイミングは2回ありますが原則1回程度)
