採用業務(募集〜面接〜内定対応)

【入社後の流れ】

  • STEP1:入社後~研修

まずは面接、提案、人材管理などの引き継ぎと研修があります。

しっかりとマニュアルが整備されているから安心

人事部の先輩が1on1で、丁寧に仕事の方法を教えてくれます。

  • STEP2:研修終了後

採用面接官としてデビュー

初めは先輩社員と一緒に仕事をしながら

少しずつ、業務をお任せします。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 19日

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)
