  • 仕事内容

SNSを活用した

チャット形式の相談対応を行います。

女性相談、DV相談、育児・子育ての悩み、

虐待に関する相談、児童・生徒からの

相談など、多岐にわたる相談に対応し、

必要に応じて専門機関・関係機関へ

おつなぎします。

相談者様が一人で抱え込まないための

支援を行う、社会的意義の高い

相談支援業務です。

相談支援への理解度を考慮し、

初回契約時にスタート時給を

決定します。

*心理職としての

基礎実務経験をお持ちで、

相談支援の幅を広げたい方

・時給2,000円~

*相談支援・カウンセリング等の

実務経験をお持ちの方

・時給2,500円

*SNS相談・公的相談事業等での

経験があり、状況整理・関係機関

への適切な案内、チーム連携を

意識した対応ができる方

※業務に慣れ、

対応範囲が広がった方は

SV補助業務へのステップアップや

<以下いずれかの経験がある方歓迎>

・女性相談支援員の経験者

・児童相談所、子供家庭支援センター等の経験者

・教育相談分野(スクールソーシャルワーカー、カウンセラー等)

における経験者

・その他の相談事業において3年以上の実務経験

勤務時間詳細


月~日

(1)14:00~23:00(実働8h)

(2)19:00~23:00(実働4h)

※週1日~勤務OK、月間でのシフト制

※土日だけ、平日だけもOK

※同業他社のWワークも可

※副業、兼業、掛け持ちOK

※扶養内OK、社会保険加入OK

働き方は融通ききますので

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1700円 〜 2500円

※時給は資格、スキル、経験等により決定

※資格必須、22時~深夜手当あり

※交通費規定支給:上限30,000円/月
