・バックエンド(Ruby on Rails)およびフロントエンド(React)の実装

・生成AI活用による開発生産性向上の推進

・PdMやSRE、CREとの仕様検討や技術判断

・UI/UX改善、パフォーマンス最適化、アクセシビリティ向上

・技術的負債の解消、システム品質・運用改善

・スクラムを活用したプロジェクト進行およびファシリテーション

・チームメンバーの育成およびマネジメントを視野に入れたリード

・コードレビューやリファクタリングの実施

・ソフトウェア開発経験5年以上

・バックエンド(Ruby on Rails)またはフロントエンド

(React/TypeScript)の開発経験

・要件定義・基本設計・アーキテクチャ設計から結合テストまでの経験

・GitHubを利用したチーム開発、コードレビュー経験

・テックリードやチームマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収:650万~1200万程度

年俸制:月額541666円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年俸制のため支給なし

昇給:年1回以上を想定

東京都港区芝5-3-2 +SHIFT MITA 3F

部分リモート可(週3日まで)

都営三田線「三田」駅徒歩4分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム:11時00分~16時00分)※所定労働時間8時間00分
