仕事内容

  • 建物・設備の点検・メンテナンス業務をお任せします

・未経験でも安心シンプルな点検作業からスタート

・チェックリストに沿って進める、コツコツ型の仕事

・安定した大手メーカーグループ施設で、長く働ける環境

【具体的には…】

・空調、電気、給排水など建物設備の点検・確認

・簡単な部品交換や清掃、設備まわりのチェック

・点検結果の記録、報告書の入力(PC操作あり)

・設備に異常があった際の一次対応や関係部署への共有

といった業務をお任せします。

施設内を巡回しながら点検を行うため、

「一日中同じ場所で同じ作業を繰り返す仕事」ではありません。

適度に体を動かしながら働ける点も特徴です。

最初は、設備の見回りや簡単なチェック、清掃など、

覚えやすい作業からスタート。

先輩スタッフがすぐそばでサポートしますので、

専門知識や経験がなくても問題ありません。

いきなり一人で任せることはありません。

将来的には、設備管理・保全の専門担当や、

資格を活かした技術職へキャリアアップが可能。

希望や適性に応じて、リーダーや管理ポジションも目指せます。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり144時間 〜 177時間

  • 3勤2休・2交替制(1か月単位の変形労働時間制)

・昼勤:9:30〜18:15(休憩1時間/実働7.75時間)

・夜勤:21:00〜翌8:15(休憩3時間/実働7.75時間)

※シフトは1ヶ月毎に決定します

※夜勤は月9回程度で、仮眠時間あり

※月平均残業時間10時間程度

(もちろん残業代は全額支給しっかり稼げます)

基本給:月給 20万2000円 〜 23万5000円

・月給:202,000円〜235,000円+連続勤務手当29,000円+残業代別途全額支給

・賞与:年2回(7月・12月/前年度実績4ヶ月分)

・モデル年収:約400万円〜462万円(残業10時間想定+賞与)
