園児さんの募集活動をはじめとした広報・営業活動や

園の事務作業のお仕事です

  • 園児募集に関わる広報および営業事務

・児童育成協会への助成申請手続き、企業間連携

・市町村への情報提供、入園児の受入れ事務

・拠点周辺の営業事務

  • 保育園内の管理事務

・勤怠管理 ・請求管理 ・申請管理 等

  • 保育従事者の補助

【必須条件】

・一般事務または営業関連業務3年以上経験者(合算可)

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

また下記に当てはまる方大歓迎

・企業内保育/小規模保育園/学童保育/病院内保育などの

子育て関連施設で就業経験がある方

・保育補助/幼稚園教諭/ベビーシッター/保育スタッフ経験のある方
