業務内容: 日本市場へのMitraClipセラピーの導入と普及
この業務は、MitraClipシステムを安全かつ効果的に使用する為に、医師及びコメディカルスタッフを訓練し、僧帽弁閉鎖不全症に苦しむ患者の健康を取り戻す活動に従事することである。この役割の範囲には、MitraClipの日本上市の成功をリードすること、主要な医療機関及び関係学会と良好な関係を築くことが含まれる。 MitraClipの日本導入について、適切な医療機関/ハートチームを構成する医師の開発を行い、トレーニングカリキュラムの提供、MitraClipプログラムの導入を行い適切な使用のサポートを実行していく。医療連携プログラムを実行し、紹介病院のネットワーク構築も求められる。

要件:

• 医薬品または医療機器を専門とした、3年以上の経験
• 心不全領域、心臓血管外科領域、心血管領域、心エコー図領域の知識
• 大学の学位

JD: Introduce and develop MitraClip therapy to Japan market
This job is to train physicians, staff and clinicians for safe and effective use of the MitraClip System and to provide education on disease state and benefits which the system provides to the MR patient population.

Scopes of this role include leading success of MitraClip commercial launch, establishing good relationship with major medical societies. Besides developing business market after MitraClip commercial launch, identify suitable sites/physicians, deliver training curriculums to these sites, open new accounts, develop our therapy in each account and market. Referral hospitals' network are also required.

• Activate sites to start MitraClip program
• Conduct MitraClip program including support cases
• Follow-up field request of MitraClip in Japan
• Develop market activity in collaboration with Marketing and Therapy Development
• Attend customer events

Competence:

• Ability to communicate in clear and concise manner, both verbally and in written form
• Strong analytical negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence others and energize all levels of the organization to deliver business goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Experience as specialist in pharmaceutical or medical device company, 3 years+
• Knowledge of Heart Failure, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiovascular, Echocardiography
• College degree
