【営業の仕事って?】

単に"モノ"を売る営業ではなく、「人」という価値を提案する営業です。

・新しい取引先(企業)の開拓

・人材ニーズのヒアリング(どんな人材が必要か)

・スタッフの提案・マッチング・フォロー

・企業へのフォロー(就業後のサポート・改善提案 など)

【3段階で人事のプロへ】

STEP1:入社後~基礎研修

営業の基本からしっかりスタート

・人材業界の仕組みや派遣ビジネスの流れを学ぶ

・電話・訪問のマナーやトーク練習

・提案資料の作り方、ヒアリングのコツなどを習得

STEP2:実践トレーニング

先輩社員と一緒に、実際の営業活動をスタート

・企業訪問や商談への同行

・人材ニーズのヒアリング

・派遣スタッフとの面談・サポート

先輩のフォローを受けながら、"提案力"や"信頼関係を築く力"を磨いていきます

STEP3:自立フェーズ

自分が中心となって企業との取引を担当

・新規企業の開拓や提案

・既存取引先のフォロー・改善提案

・人材戦略や採用計画の立案にもチャレンジ

(1) 営業職 チームリーダー・マネージャーへ

(2) 営業から人事部・採用担当へ

(3) 将来的には「営業責任者」「事業責任者」として会社を牽引
