IT業界デビュー向けの育成ポジション

「ITは気になるけど、自分にできるか不安」

「手に職をつけたいけど、何から始めればいいかわからない」

そんな方に向けた、教育前提・育成型のITヘルプデスク職です。

入社後は、ITの専門用語や業界知識から学び、

業務理解 → 実践 → 定着 の流れで仕事を覚えていきます。

最初から難しい対応を任せることはありません。

業務内容(ステップアップ方式)

はじめは、社内向けのサポート業務が中心です。

  • 社内システムへの情報入力、内容チェック
  • オンライン問い合わせの一次対応(テンプレートあり)
  • ツール・アプリの簡単な設定補助
  • 作業レポートや進捗管理のサポート
  • チーム内での連絡共有・簡単な報告対応

※判断が必要な内容は先輩が対応

※理解度に合わせて業務範囲を広げていきます

未経験でも続けやすい理由
