福岡開発拠点について

マネーフォワードの福岡開発拠点は2017年12月に開設しました。以降多くのエンジニア・デザイナー・インターン生にジョイン頂き、順調に拠点は大きくなっています。2020年11月末に新拠点に引っ越し開発拠点の更なる成長を目指して、エンジニア・デザイナーの採用を拡大しています。福岡開発拠点では、「Move Forward」を拠点コンセプトにメンバーの成長機会を大切にし、色々な事に果敢に挑戦できるような拠点でありたいと思います。

マネーフォワードではお金に関する課題をテクノロジーで解決するサービスを提供しています。福岡拠点では、マネーフォワードの主力サービスであり、個人事業主・法人向けにサービス提供している「マネーフォワード クラウド経費」「マネーフォワード クラウド債務支払」の開発や運用を行っています。また、2021年9月に福岡拠点発の新規事業として誕生した、事業用カードなどを提供し、ビジネス領域のキャッシュレスを推進するプラットフォーム「マネーフォワード Pay for Business」の開発を行っています。

募集背景

サービスを動かすのに欠かせないインフラ基盤も福岡開発拠点で設計・構築・運用されており、サービスの安定性や信頼性の向上、オペレーションの自動化、開発環境の改善、障害対応といったSREやインフラ関連業務を共に行う仲間を募集しています。

サービスの成長のため重要なポジションとなりますし、新しい技術の検証・導入などといったチャレンジングなことも積極的に行える体制となっています。

業務内容

事業用カードの提供などキャッシュレスを推進するプラットフォーム「マネーフォワード Pay for Business」にかかる以下業務をお任せします。

  • サービスの設計・開発
  • PCI DSSに即したインフラの運用
  • 開発生産性の最大化のための施策の立案・実行
  • 本番サービスのメトリックスの整備とモニタリング
  • サービスの障害検知と障害時の対応や予防
  • キャパシティープランニングとキャパシティーコントロール
  • アプリケーション、ミドルウェア、インフラの全レイヤーを跨ったパフォーマンスの評価と改善
  • オペレーションの自動化を目的としたツール導入、開発、運用

必須要件

  • WEBサービスの設計、開発、運用、保守、改善を行った経験
  • AWS構築、運用の経験
  • IaCを用いたインフラの構築

歓迎要件

  • MySQLの運用経験(バージョンアップ経験、レプリケーションなどの知見)
  • AWSでの大規模サービス運用経験
  • マルチテナントでの Kubernetes 構築運用経験
  • Ruby on Railsでの開発経験や運用経験
  • チームリーダー、チームマネジメントの経験

求める語学力

  • 日常会話以上の日本語力
  • ビジネス基礎レベルの英語力(TOEIC700点相当以上)

※TOEIC700点相当以上の資格をお持ちでない方については選考プロセスの過程で弊社指定の試験を受験いただきます。(原則、一次面接後を想定)

※ TOEIC 以外にも英語力がわかる資格や経験をお持ちの方はご相談ください

例:英検準1級、英検2級(英検CSEスコア1950以上)、TOEFL iBT 60以上、IELTS 5.0以上、ケンブリッジ英語検定 FCE など。
