ウェディングケーキ制作を通して、ゲストの想い出に残るやりがいのあるお仕事です

【業務内容】

結婚式場にて、パティシエ業務全般を担当していただきます。

本場フランスやスイスなどのヨーロッパで修行を積んだ経験豊富なシェフのもと、技術と感性を磨ける環境です。

▼具体的には

・ウェディングケーキの製作(ホールケーキ、マジパン含む)

・アシェットデザートの調理

・デザートビュッフェのメニュー考案・製作

・オリジナルスイーツの企画開発

・仕込み、発注、在庫管理

・披露宴で提供するデザートの最終仕上げ など

ウェディングケーキやデザートビュッフェを通じて、お祝いの日をより華やかに演出していただきます。

【結婚式場概要】

英国の古城を再現した赤レンガ造りの外観と、荘厳な雰囲気を持つ独立型大聖堂が特徴の結婚式場です。

披露宴会場は最大約120名規模まで対応可能で、大切な一日を華やかに演出する空間が整っています。

非日常感あふれる上質な環境の中、料理やデザートは結婚式の印象を左右する重要な要素。

安定した運営体制のもと、チームで連携しながら、一皿一皿に想いを込めたスイーツづくりに集中できる職場です。

勤務時間・曜日:

■勤務時間:1日実働8時間(フレックスタイム制)

※月単位でシフトを提出します

■休日:年間休日115日、月8〜10日休み(土日祝は原則出勤)※シフト制

■休暇:有給休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,300,000 〜 ¥4,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥65,000〜¥89,000(42時間相当分)を含む。42時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年俸:330万円〜450万円
