仕事内容:
社会福祉法人で就労継続支援B型の事業所「さくら・ワーク」が経営している「さくらん坊」というレストランでの勤務になります。日替わりランチがメインで、調理補助と就労で通われている利用者さんへの声掛けや見守り等の支援がおもな仕事になります。

社会福祉法人が運営しており、場所も岩倉市役所2階にあり、公共の建物の中にあるレストランです。地域の常連のお客様や市役所の職員さん方が主なお客様で、静かな雰囲気で働きやすい職場です。有給休暇も取得しやすく年間で10~20日ぐらい取得しているスタッフが大勢います。
求める人材:
調理補助と利用者さんへの支援・声掛けが主な仕事です。
調理師免許や栄養士等の資格があれば大歓迎ですが無くても可です。
普通自動車免許がある方歓迎です。
勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間 9:00~14:00の間5時間
勤務曜日 月~金
時間外勤務 基本なし
休暇・休日:
・完全週休二日制(土日祝)
・夏季・冬季休暇(1週間程度)
・年間休日120日以上
勤務地:
・出張、転勤なし
・屋内完全禁煙(市役所内のレストラン厨房内の勤務)
アクセス:
名鉄犬山線「岩倉駅」から徒歩4分。公共交通機関または徒歩、自転車で通勤できる方歓迎ですが、マイカー通勤希望の場合は面接時に相談に応じます。(交通費支給額は上限18,000円)
給与:
・毎月ベースアップ手当あり(12,000円支給)
・年2回一時金手当あり(昨年度実績、60,000円、55,000円、合計で115,000円支給)
待遇・福利厚生:
昼食補助あり(1食100円で食事できます)
契約期間は1年間で、基本は継続で更新していきます。
