As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
,
you will be responsible for...
Interview Scheduling (30%):
- Coordinating and managing interview scheduling for both professional and graduate hiring, ensuring a smooth process for TA Partners and candidates.
Agency Administration (20%):
- Managing agency-related administration, including contract lifecycle management and invoice processing, to ensure timely and accurate payments for agency-placed roles.
Graduate Hiring & Employer Branding Support (20%):
- Providing administrative support for graduate recruitment projects and assist in employer branding initiatives.
Pre-Onboarding Activities (10%):
- Supporting pre-onboarding processes to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, including document collection and filing.
ATS & System Maintenance (10%):
- Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (e.g., SuccessFactors, Job Suite) to ensure accurate recruitment data and reporting.
Other Duties (10%):
- Performing additional tasks as required in line with TA operational needs.
What you already have...
- We are hiring for highly skilled professionals and therefore need a coordination team that has a sense for people and a strong service orientation.
- You bring 2-5 years of work experience in the administrative support field, ideally in Human Resources and work proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 highly preferred) as well as in English, which is a must as your manager is international.
- Your communication skills are excellent, as you will also partner with Hiring Managers at all levels.
- You have the passion and mindset to work in an international, industrial oriented environment. You are a creative problem solver and a great team player.
- You are flexible and have an eye for detail and at the same time a strong business acumen with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- You are motivated and eager to take the initiative working independently as well as in a team.
- You are fit in MS Office applications (esp. Outlook), calendar management and experienced with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. SuccessFactors).
