アロマセラピスト、エステティシャンとしてのお仕事です。
研修・教育体制(実技、知識、座学)が整っているので、リラクゼーション業界未経験の方も大歓迎です
商品を販売する物販や売上ノルマなどは一切無く、貴女自身の施術や人柄が提供サービスになります
【主な仕事内容】
お客様への施術、カウンセリング、店舗運営に関する業務全般をお任せします。
具体的な施術内容は、もみほぐし、バリ式リンパマッサージ、タイ古式マッサージが中心。
慣れてきたら痩身技術なども習得可能です。

・店内清掃
・お会計など。
★新しい施術に入る前には必ず実技研修を行うので、ご安心ください。
★都度フォロー研修あります。

どんな仕事にも大変な側面があります。セラピストの仕事も例外ではありません。
予約状況によっては休憩時間が不規則になったり、お客様が多く来店される土日祝は基本出勤となります(シフト制のため希望休申請は可能)。
また、オールハンドの施術は体力を使うため、慣れるまでは筋肉痛になることも。繫忙期と閑散期の差もありますし、最初は覚えることもたくさんあります。
でも、それを乗り越えた先には、人に深く感謝される大きな達成感があります。本気で人の役に立ちたいと願う仲間と共に、互いに支え合い、成長していける素晴らしい仕事です。将来的に希望があれば、タイ王国政府認定校(ITM)の資格取得支援制度を利用することも可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:
11:00~21:00 (時間応相談/シフト制)
シフト制での勤務になります。
勤務時間例:
・11:00~20:00(休憩:90分以上)
・11:00~21:00(休憩:90分以上)
・12:00~21:00(休憩:90分以上)
各時間の施術と施術の間に休憩があります。
残業ほぼなし。
休暇・休日:

- 勤務時間:11:00~21:00の間でシフト制(時間応相談)
- 実働7時間~8時間程度
- 休憩時間:各施術の間に合計90分以上
- 休日:月8~9日休み(完全週休二日制に相当します)
- シフト制での取得となります

- 希望休の申請も可能です(他のスタッフとの調整はあります)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥235,000 〜 ¥380,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥20,000(14時間相当分)を含む。14時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

- 基本給 190,000円~
- 固定残業代 20,000円(14時間分)
- インセンティブ(個人の売上・指名により変動、上限なし)
- 指名手当(個人の売上・指名により変動、上限なし)
- 交通費支給(規定あり:車通勤は上限3万円、公共交通機関は全額支給) ◎ノルマは一切ありません あなたの頑張りや成果はインセンティブや指名手当としてしっかり還元されます。経験年数や売上によっては月給38万円以上も目指せます
【給与例】
・未経験入社3か月目:月給190,000円+固定残業代20,000+インセンティブ(指名手当込)21,600円+交通費4,651円=236,251円
・未経験入社 1年目:月給195,000円+固定残業代20,000 +インセンティブ(指名手当込)56,000円+交通費3,370円=274,870円
