Job Description

主な職務内容:

医師を中心とする医療従事者に対して、医薬品に関する情報の提供・収集・伝達を担当し、質の高いサービスで患者さんに貢献する。


• 社内で提供されるデータや入手出来る情報を活用し担当するテリトリーの市場を分析し、担当製品の売上拡大を図る為の戦略・実行計画を立案する


• 実行計画においては、適切なリソースを効果的に活用する事を常に意識し現実的なものとする


• 策定した実行計画については上長承認の下、速やかに実行し成果に繋げるとともに、効果の検証を行い、次の活動に繋げる


• MRからの通常の情報提供に加えて、適性使用情報伝達の為に説明会などの機会を積極的に企画・実行する


• 医療従事者からの情報提供機会の必要性が判断される場合、講演会などの企画を行い実行する


• 医療従事者への情報提供に際しては、プロモーションコードなどを順守し、適切に実践する


• 会社から提供される資材や情報に留まらず、自ら外部リソースなども活用し、以下について継続的に独習を続ける

  • 市場を取り巻く社会や法制度、ビジネス環境など
  • 適性使用情報提供を行う領域に関連する最新の医学的情報
  • 領域における最新の治療法など


• 営業活動において入手する様々な情報は日報を始めとして会社が求める形で適切に報告を行う

Qualifications

必要とする能力・経験:

必須の能力・経験


• MR経験5年以上


•ヘマトロジー領域経験もしくはオンコロジー領域経験が2年以上あることが望ましい


•PCスキル全般(MS Office –ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント)


•大学病院または地域基幹病院の担当経験と新薬採用活動の経験

学歴と保有資格:


• 四年制大学卒業以上の方


• MR(医薬情報担当者)認定証


• 普通自動車免許

勤務地・担当エリアについて:

・勤務地/全国転勤可能な方

・担当エリア/ご入社後に確定予定
