Job Title: Medical Representative at AbbVie


Overview:

  • Provide, collect, and convey information about pharmaceutical products to medical professionals, focusing on delivering high-quality service to measure effectiveness based on key performance indicators:
  • Effective sales activities and expansion of major products in the assigned region
  • Achieve or maximize sales by utilizing market analysis and available information, seizing all opportunities
  • Effectively utilize resources to boost sales to key customers
  • Develop and execute strategies for key customers
  • Conduct presentations and sponsor programs for industry stakeholders to deepen their knowledge
  • Provide ongoing educational opportunities as needed
  • Continuously learn about changes in the business environment, latest treatment methods, and cases surrounding the market

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of business experience required for candidates with a background in the medical industry (nurses, pharmacists, etc.)
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 2 or more years of MR experience
  • Experience in handling Biotherapeutics/JAK inhibitors (especially in the RA area)
  • 5 or more years of MR experience with outstanding performance in the last 2 years
  • Experience in managing core hospitals or university hospitals
  • Experience in event planning and execution (seminars, research meetings, etc.)
  • Experience in remote interviews or remote seminars
  • Experience in launching new products or adopting new drugs
  • Experience in discussing cases with physicians based on scenarios
  • Experience in conducting PMS (Post-Marketing Surveillance) and facility contract work

Educational Background and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Certification as a Medical Representative (MR)
  • Valid driver's license

Location:

  • Must be willing to work nationwide
