主な業務内容

充電式を含む電動工具、園芸工具、業務用及び家庭用掃除機の新製品仕様検討から量産立ち上げまでを担当します。新製品企画段階から参画し、必要に応じて国内外のお客様の声を直接聞きながら、製品仕様の立案、構想・設計を行い、それに基づいて試作機を製作します。試作機の各種評価試験結果を基に設計上の性能を検証したうえで、量産に移行するまでの業務を行います。

必須スキル・要件

  • 12のいずれかのご経験に該当する方
  • 機械系製品設計もしくは機構(メカ)設計の実務経験5年以上
  • 業務用及び家庭用掃除機の設計実務経験5年以上
  • 製図学、力学、機械要素、加工、材料、生産、品質工学などの幅広い知識
  • QCDのバランスを考えて設計業務を遂行した経験

歓迎スキル・要件

3次元CAD設計経験(Creo or Pro/E or CATIA/V5など)

8:20~17:00(フレックス無)

休憩時間

休憩55分(午前5分、昼45分、午後5分)

時間外労働

あり(20h/月~40h/月) *超過勤務手当、休日勤務手当を支給します。

賃金

月給日給制 *能力、経験、年齢等を考慮の上、当社規程にて決定
