「研修で終わらない」エンジニアキャリアを、実務で積み上げる仕事です。

経験により1~3ヶ月の研修後、本人の希望・適性に合わせて、

開発/テスト いずれかの案件に参画します。

(※面接後の強制配属はありません。納得できる案件に決まるまで相談できます)

  • 業務例(案件一例)

・Webアプリ開発(例:Java/PHP/Python 等)

・システム開発、テストなど

※担当領域は希望と適性を踏まえて決定します

・IT基礎、Java等の開発言語・データベース

・仕様書の読み取り/タスク分解

・報連相・質問の仕方など、現場で困らないコミュニケーション

・スキルシート添削

・次に伸ばす技術の提案、案件選びの支援

  • 案件は"納得して選ぶ"

・希望する方向性にあった案件に参画します

求めている人材

  • 必須条件

・エンジニアとして数か月でも実務経験がある方、

もしくは学習経験がある方(スクール/独学/職業訓練校など)

  • 歓迎(いずれか)

・JavaやSQL等、何らかの開発経験(個人開発・学習含む)

・テスト・デバックの経験(雇用形態不問)

※実務経験年数は不問

※第二新卒、キャリアチェンジ歓迎

※ブランクOK

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり150時間

  • 9:00~18:00 (実働8時間、休憩1時間)

※参画するプロジェクトにより異なる場合があります

例)9:00~17:30、9:30~18:30など

  • 平均残業時間:0~10時間程度

※社員の働き方を重要視する会社方針のため、定時退社がほとんどです。

休日休暇

給与詳細


基本給:月給 24万円 〜 38万円

固定残業代:なし

  • 実務経験者は前職給与保証

・昇給:年1回(※毎年月給1~3万円アップ、入社3年目で累計、平均で月給5万円アップ)
