・医薬/再生医療分野の新事業企画、戦略立案、および事業化推進
当社では従来取り組んできた
EPC&MV(Engineering. Procurement .Construction. and Maintenance, Validation)から周辺のサービス事業へと
新たな事業展開を進めています。
当社の強みである統合エンジニアリング力と日立製作所が推進するデジタルソリューションを掛け合わせ、
イノベーションを推進し、新たな価値を創造することがチームのミッションです。
事業戦略立案にあたっては、日立製作所の経営戦略部門と連携して業務を遂行していただきます。
・再生医療向けデジタルサービスソリューション事業の技術営業
細胞製造の技術革新と規制整備の過渡期にあり変化の激しい再生医療分野で、
細胞製造を支えるデジタルサービス事業の立ち上げに着手しています。
バリューチェーンを構成する様々なステークホルダや顧客との協創を通じ、
フロントに立って新事業を推進していただきます。

・エンジニア(総合職):年収 650万円 〜 800万円
平均残業40時間を含んだ場合の想定金額です。※みなし残業制ではございません。
ご経験により前後する場合があります。
■昇給:年1回(4月)
■賞与:年2回(6月、12月)
■諸手当:通勤手当、家族手当、時間外勤務手当、帰宅交通費手当
(1ヶ月以上の長期出張又は転勤の際、帰省費を支給)など
