宮本工務店の大工は、

言われた通りにつくるだけの仕事ではありません。

木造住宅の新築・リフォーム工事を中心に、

構造・下地・造作など、家づくりの根幹に関わります。

現場では、

  • 図面通りに進めていいのか
  • 納まりとして無理がないか
  • このまま10年、20年使われる家としてどうか

そんなことを、

一度立ち止まって考えながら仕事を進めます。

最初からすべてを任せることはありません。

分からないことは聞き、

「なぜこうするのか」を一緒に確認しながら進めます。

経験が浅い方でも、

ただ作業を覚えるのではなく、

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:8:00〜17:30

(休憩90分/実働8時間)

勤務曜日:月〜土

残業について:

常態化した残業はありません。

工程上やむを得ない場合はありますが、

無理な工期設定は行っていません。

「遅くまで頑張る」よりも

「正しく判断する」ことを評価する会社です。

  • 転勤なし

  • 現場へは直行・直帰が基本です

※車・バイク通勤可

※現場への移動が中心となります

提示している給与額は、

経験年数や資格の有無だけで一律に決めるものではありません。
