仕事内容


東北大学発スタートアップとして、独自の生体イオントロニクス技術を社会実装する研究開発に取り組んでいます。

論文や基礎研究に留まらず、実験・試作・検証を通じて「実際に使われるデバイス」を形にするフェーズです。

実験補助ではなく、自ら考え手を動かしながら研究を前に進める方を募集しています。

今回募集するのは、東北大学の研究室と連携し、バイオデバイスの研究開発・実験を主導していただくポジションです。

一次面接から代表の妹尾が対応いたします。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・バイオデバイスに関する実験の計画立案、実施、結果整理

・試作デバイスを用いた評価・検証

・実験条件や手順の見直し、再現性向上に向けた改善

・研究室メンバー(学生・教員)との日常的なコミュニケーション

・外部パートナーや業務委託メンバーとの連携(必要に応じて)

いわゆる実験補助ではなく、自ら考え、手を動かしながら実験を前に進めていく役割を想定しています。

研究分野は、化学・バイオ・材料・デバイスなど、これまでのご経験を活かしながら取り組んでいただけます。

Q. 研究補助や派遣的なポジションですか?

いいえ。

本ポジションは、実験計画の立案から実施・改善までを主体的に担っていただく役割です。

単なる作業者ではなく、研究を前に進める立場を想定しています。

Q. 専門分野が完全一致していなくても大丈夫ですか?

問題ありません。

化学・バイオ・材料・工学など、いずれかの研究開発バックグラウンドがあれば、

不足する領域はチームや外部専門家と連携しながら進めていただけます。

Q. 働き方はどの程度柔軟ですか?

正社員・業務委託の両方で募集しており、週3〜4日など柔軟な働き方も可能です。

研究やライフスタイルに合わせて相談のうえ決定します。

Q. 将来的な役割拡張はありますか?

研究開発の進捗や事業フェーズに応じて、技術責任者やマネジメント寄りの役割を

担っていただく可能性もあります。

求めている人材

  • 必須条件

1) 理系領域(化学/バイオ/材料/工学 等)での研究開発 or 実験・検証の実務経験

2) 指示待ちではなく、仮説実験設計実行まで自分で推進した経験

3) データ整理・考察を行い、次の打ち手(追加実験・条件変更・改善)につなげた経験

D) 関連分野のバックグラウンド(バイオ/化学/材料/医療機器 等)

基本給:年俸 600万円 〜 800万円
