仕事内容


【神奈川】電気設備施工管理 ※土日休み ※年間休日120日以上

【仕事内容】

【基盤安定】転勤無し×幅広く事業を展開

【職務概要】

各種建築・設備工事における電気設備の施工管理業務を担当いただきます。

現場の安全・品質・工程・原価の管理を中心に、協力会社との調整や顧客対応まで幅広く関わります。

【職務詳細】

・電気設備工事の施工計画立案

・協力会社への作業指示、進捗管理

・安全・品質・工程・コストの管理

・資材や機器の手配、発注管理

・図面・仕様書・見積書などの作成・確認

・施主・設計事務所・監理者との打合せ対応

・竣工検査および引渡し業務

【施工対象例】

・オフィスビルや商業施設の電気設備

・公共施設(庁舎・学校など)

・工場・プラント・物流施設の受変電・動力設備

【働く環境】

現場は主に神奈川県および東京都近郊。出張はほとんどありません。

現場直行直帰が可能で、グループ全体として安全第一の施工体制を徹底しています。

年収:660万~875万程度月給制:月額344160円給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇賞与:年2回※昨年度実績4.75ヶ月昇給:年1回(6月)
