私たちは、パナソニックコネクトにて、新規SaaS事業の探索・創出を担うテクノロジープロダクトライン(TPL)*のHRビジネスパートナーです。
- 「技術研究開発本部」「クラウドエンジニアリングセンター」「SaaSビジネスユニット」「技術戦略室」の総称
サプライチェーン現場の未来を創るソリューションプロバイダーへの変革に向け、HRBPとして「プロダクトに対する情熱」と「多様なメンバーによる
共創」を通じて成長する人・組織づくりに取り組んでいます。また組織・人づくりの先進事例を企画・展開し、 PCO全社人事戦略の実行に貢献
していきます。
- 募集背景
TPLでは、テクノロジー起点で自ら"What"の顧客価値を探索し、新規SaaSプロダクト創出につなげていく組織・マネジメントへの変革に取り組んでいます。
具体的には、外部環境の変化に追従・対応し、マーケットにアラインした研究開発に経営資源を集中投資するため、TPLではプロダクト・プロジェクト型のマネジメントを導入しており、その中での技術プロフェッショナル職の育成やフラット・高アジリティ組織への変革等、組織ケイパビリティの再構築・強化が急務です。
サプライチェーン現場の未来を創るソリューションプロバイダーへの変革に向け、「プロダクトに対する情熱」と「多様なメンバーによる共創」を通じて成長する人・組織づくりにチャレンジしたい人材育成・組織開発のプロメンバーを募集します。
- 具体的な仕事内容
サプライチェーン現場の未来を創るソリューションプロバイダーへの変革に向け、組織開発と人材育成の主担当として、TPL現場責任者・メンバーと共に、以下の重点取り組みに資する企画・実行を担当いただきます。
①プロダクト・プロジェクト型マネジメント(PDM/PM)における各プロフェッショナル職の育成・成熟度UPの環境づくり
②グローバルに多様なプロ人材が集い、"One TPL"で技術やアイデアをお互いに試し・学び合う組織づくり
③"Think Big Act First and Fail Fast Repeat it till success":失敗・前進を祝福するカルチャー醸成
- 職場の雰囲気
・ミッション遂行に際しての仕事の進め方、働き方に関しては各自が自律的にスケジューリングしつつ、推進いただいております。
・担当事業場のテクノロジープロダクトライン部門のメイン拠点は横浜ですが、その他浜離宮、大阪、福岡にも拠点を有しており、各拠点を跨り、リアルな出社・出張とリモート勤務のハイブリッドを最大限活用しつつ、勤務をしております。

資格・スキル・経験など
【Must-have】
・HRBP or CoE経験 (人材開発、組織開発、人材ポートフォリオマネジメント関連)
・コミュニケーション能力(HR関連部門、他職種関連部門、従業員と良好なコミュニケーションが取れること)
・一定程度の英語力 (外国籍社員や海外HRメンバーとコミュニケーションが取れるレベル)
・基本的なAI活用スキル、OAスキル(AI、Excel・PPT等を活用し、レポーティングができるレベル)
【Nice-to-have】
・外資系、日系問はず、ITプロバイダー系企業での人事戦略並びに各種人事施策の立案・実行経験を有する方
