【ミッション】

大規模な企業グループの戦略立案や、新規事業開発等の経営に直結する様々な課題にユーザベースの全てのプロダクトを扱い、顧客起点で価値提案を行います。

企業の戦略・顧客の重要プロジェクトを深く理解し、SaaSサービスの活用・エキスパートリサーチによる解決の提案を行う、 顧客の事業パートナーに近いポジションです。

【業務概要】

担当する企業グループを決め、担当グループの事業伴走者として

「顧客が事業成長を続けるために必要な調査・情報収集の体制の提案」や、「顧客の重要プロジェクトにおいてユーザベースが提供できる価値の接続」など顧客の事業課題を解消するような提案を複数のプロダクトを横断し、提案いただきます。

プロジェクトは「全社的な営業力の強化」や「連続した事業創出体制の構築」など多岐にわたります。多様な顧客の多様なプロジェクトに関われるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

■顧客の課題やニーズを的確に把握し、最適なソリューションを提案。複雑なステークホルダーマネジメントを推進しながら取引の交渉をリード。

■顧客の複数の部門や階層にまたがるような複雑なプロジェクト(中期経営計画における各種調査支援など)におけるナビゲーション・プロジェクト推進。

■大手顧客の事業戦略を深く理解し、長期的なパートナーシップを構築

※顧客のプロジェクトに関わる中から、同社のサービス自体のアップデートや、新規サービスの起案、新しい営業戦略の提言など自社の事業開発に関わって頂く機会も有り。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■法人提案営業経験(3年以上)

【歓迎要件】

■金融・商社/メーカー/通信/SIer業界に属していた方もしくは、その業界に向けた法人営業経験

【給与】

年収 756 ~ 1350 万円

※上記と別に、交通費(上限5万円/月)もしくは「働き方自由手当」(1万円/月)いずれかをご選択いただき、支給します。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
