仕事内容:
小・中・高校生向けの英語の個別指導塾にて、InstagramおよびFacebook広告を活用した集客・販促施策を担当していただきます。広告戦略の立案から運用・分析・改善まで、一連のプロセスをご担当いただきます
具体的には…
- Instagram/Facebook広告キャンペーンの企画・運用・管理
- ターゲット設定、入札、広告クリエイティブの最適化
- 広告効果の分析
- 最新トレンドのキャッチアップと新たな広告施策の提案

【必須条件】
- 大学在学中、または大卒以上であること
- InstagramおよびFacebook広告の運用経験(1年以上)
【歓迎スキル】
- SNS全般の運用経験(Twitter、TikTokなど)
- 分析や数字をもとに改善を図ることが得意な方
勤務時間・曜日:
業務量は相談可能 10時間/月以上の業務量を想定しております
他の社員との連携が取りやすい、平日日中に業務を行う方が多いです
勤務地:
- 職場内は全て禁煙です。
アクセス:
当校 茗荷谷校(東京都文京区小石川5-5-2)での勤務となります。
東京メトロ 丸ノ内線 茗荷谷駅 徒歩1分
給与:
- 通勤手当:1日上限500円(但し、通学定期などお持ちの定期でカバーされない区間を当校への通勤で用いる場合に限り手当の対象となります)
待遇・福利厚生:
- 契約期間:原則3カ月。
- 契約更新の可能性あり(契約期間満了時の業務量、勤務成績・態度、能力、会社の経営状況から総合的に判断して契約更新の有無を判断します)
