人物撮影に特化した総合写真館として、「ゆりかごから墓場まで」をテーマにしているセルフィットは、お客様にとっての【かかりつけ写真館】を目指しています

5年後、10年後と何度も見返したくなる『特別な日』や『ちょっとした日常』などの楽しい思い出をカタチに残すお手伝いをしませんか?

【具体的な仕事内容】

主に、スタジオでの人物撮影(幅広い年齢層)から受付業務などの対応をお任せします

スナップ写真撮影も年に数回程度あり、色々挑戦できる環境です

丁寧なカウンセリングからヘアメイクスタッフと一緒に連携をして、お客様を魅力的に撮影していきます

その他にもアルバイト・パートの育成、シフト管理や店舗運営全般も併せてお願いします

撮影する上でセルフィットが一番大事にしているのは、お客様に気に入っていただけるお写真であるかどうか。

被写体を美しく見せる光の使い方やライティング、ポージング、構図、美肌補整などにこだわり、自己肯定感を高める撮影体験とともに提供することが強みです

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

10:00~19:00(昼休憩1時間)

※営業時間の前後30分は開店・閉店業務が発生します。

※予約の関係で30分程、出退勤時間が前後する可能性があります。

※卒業式や成人式などで早朝勤務をお願いする場合もあります。

休日休暇


週休2日制(シフト制/月8日~10日)

※平日のみ(土日祝のお休みは年6日休み希望可能)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万5000円 〜 24万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万5000円 〜 4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり23時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

スキルアップや業績に応じて昇給の頻度も変わります
